Model car Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza
The Alfa Romeo 8C can be considered as one of the most famous sports cars of the '30s.
The name of the car derives from the engine adopted: an 8-cylinder in-line 2,336 cc supercharged engine that became an icon in the automotive panorama of the period.
The 8C could in fact be considered the "state of the art" in terms of technology, technical solutions and performance. Characterized by extraordinary road-holding and excellent reliability, Alfa Romeo achieved significant sporting victories on numerous international circuits and linked its name to the famous Mantuan driver Tazio Nuvolari.
Among its most famous achievements, the victory in the Targa Florio in 1931 and in the Italian Grand Prix. This last victory also contributed to the name of the GP car two seats side by side that, to celebrate the enterprise, was called "Monza".
From the competition version was also realized a production lot for the road market of almost 200 vehicles.

The 1:12 scale is mainly used for models and miniatures like motorcycles.
A model of motorcycle in the 1:12 scale will be 12 times smaller than the actual bike.
If the motorcycle is 2.5 m in length, then the miniature will measure 8 inches / 20.8 cm in length (250/12 = 20.8).
Figurines in the 1:12 scale are about 6 inches /15 cm high.

This product is typical of Italeri attention to detail which there is plenty of, sometimes the parts were over complicated which made them very fragile to handle and fix and in a few instances the part had become part of the spru which gave it's own challenges, overall a great kit with some minor issues *
