Accompanied by an old-school "Game or Treat" bag, this collector's item combines the nostalgia of vintage toys with the macabre world of Saw, for an effect as disconcerting as it is endearing.Billy is not a killer, but the iconic messenger of Jigsaw, the Machiavellian mastermind of the Saw saga.
