The MERCHANTIC 1:50
The M/S Mercantic was built in 1964 by HC Christensens Staalskibsværft, Marstal, Denmark, commanded by Per Henriksen and was the first ship of the Mercandia shippinglines.
LOA 48.01m, Beam 9.10 Draft 3.33m. Speed 10 knots. The M/S Mercantic was a traditional cargo ship and its type was very common in the 1960s until the 1990s. M/S Mercantic was sold and renamed several times. In 2004 it was sold to Wade Group, Portsmouth, Dominican Republic and renamed 'Love Divine'. Stranded August 22, 2012, Antilles and declared CTL.
