General Wu Shuo, a veteran of more than military conflicts, hides his true feelings because he is only a vassal of the Song Emperor, knowing what to say and when to say it. His rise to the top has not been meteoric, quite the opposite; it is a long and meticulous process, one foot in front of the other, for a very long time, but it has earned him support, at court and among those he commands, those of the Golden Legion, almost incomparable fighters. Wu Sho often evokes a simpler time when he had less responsibilities, such as when he fought alongside seven samurai at the Tiger Gate against what seemed like thousands - and probably emerged victorious at dawn the next day; and the moment his commander left the battlefield proclaiming that all was lost, except that was not the case, as Wu Shuo and a small contingent broke through the enemy lines, bringing the Emperor's justice to the people of Okara. Then there was the moment he slew the famed Makar Leopard... the list of victories seems long and legendary.
But for now, the Emperor orders him to the East, to Jwar, where he hopes to meet an old friend and ally, General Mako, who speaks of dragons and more. Due to his long service in the Golden Legion, Wusho is primarily a melee model. At 17 Rice, his Prowess and Armor are a good start for any model you want to throw into the fray. However, the general shines with his Ki stat of 3, giving him great defenses against opposing Ki attacks while also fueling his abilities and making his own Target Priority Ki feat highly likely to succeed. Imperial March players now have more death penalty mechanics to combine with and to aid the many melee 3 models available. When Target Priority is not needed, the Art of War is the game's quintessential tactical Ki feat. As befits a general, Wu Shuo doesn't need to leave an aspect to chance; he simply wins the tactical roll.
