The Humber Armoured Car was one of the most widely used reconnaissance vehicles by British and Commonwealth forces during the Second World War. Initially armed with two Besa machine guns, the Mk II model was equipped with a 15mm machine gun and a 7.92mm machine gun. The improved Mk IV version, introduced later in the war, replaced the 15mm machine gun with an American 37mm anti-tank gun, increasing its firepower. The Humber Armoured Car served on multiple fronts, from the deserts of Africa to the European campaigns, and became a mainstay of the Allied forces. Its effectiveness in reconnaissance missions and its crucial role in battle made it one of the most respected vehicles of the war.

A couple of ugly sculpts, but overall a great value. At least one of the sculpts is fantastic, and the whole set has an old-school vibe. Overall, a plastic kit would be nice, but this set of metal models gets the job done well enough. *
