Product description : The Lost World: Jurassic Park 1/12 Tyrannosaur Buck 48 cm Model Kit
Buck is a male Tyrannosaurus Rex and the second antagonist in The Lost World: Jurassic Park. He is the individual that hunter Roland Tembo attempts to hunt during his journey to Isla Sorna with the InGen Harvest team. This T. Rex is later drugged by Tembo and taken to San Diego, where it escapes and runs amok, before eventually being recaptured and brought back to Isla Sorna with his son. All the computer models built for Jurassic Park were originally female, but male models had to be added for The Lost World. After receiving Winston's model of the male T. Rex—which featured a slightly different head structure—Paul Giacoppo and his team used it as the basis for their work. Susan Ross and her painting team also created new paintings for the males, based on Winston's designs, including the tiger-striped raptors and the camouflage pattern of the male T. Rex. ILM artist Bitan has faithfully recreated the Buck from the movie, and the model was painted by ECC artist Oskar Ankarudd. With stunning detail, you may even discover features not seen on screen.
