Historical Description

The Douglas A-20 Havoc (American designation) or Boston (British service name) was a light bomber and fast reconnaissance aircraft produced by Douglas Aircraft Company.
The DB-7B was one of the first versions exported to the United Kingdom as part of the Allied support program, even before the United States entered the war. Used extensively from 1941, notably for tactical bombing missions over occupied France, it was also engaged in North Africa, Italy and on the Eastern Front (via the Soviets).
Its maneuverability, robustness and speed made it a very popular aircraft with British and American pilots. This kit offers you the opportunity to represent two historic aircraft that flew in the United Kingdom in 1942.
