The 1:72 scale is ideal for model planes, military models and figurines. This means that the model is 72 times smaller than the actual object.
For example, a model 1:72 scale airplane measures8 inches / 20cm in length if the real object measures 14.4 m (1440 cm).
The figurines in the 1:72 scale measure about 1 inch / 2.5cm high.

V. Jean-Jacques Good value for money This kit has already the merit of existing ! Indeed, there are not many models at 1/72 available for the TBF while the Avenger was one of the major players in the Pacific War. The value for money of the set is rather good. The main d The downside of this kit is that there is only one decal version available and we don't even know which unit or period. And there are almost no painting instructions or references given. In short, you'll have to do a bit of research for the color scheme.
