The F-22 Raptor is a fighter aircraft that uses stealth technology.
It is designed to penetrate enemy airspace and achieve a first look, first strike capability against multiple targets.
The F-22 features a highly maneuverable, unobservable airframe, advanced integrated avionics, and aerodynamic performance that allows supersonic cruise without afterburner.
It won the USAAF Advanced Tactical Fighter competition in April 1991, dating back to 1981.
