ZiS-151 was a general-purpose truck produced in the former Soviet Union from 1947-65 by the Gis Automobile Plant.

In 1956, the plant was renamed "Gill" and the new production vehicle was named ZiL-151.

The ZiS-151 was the premier Soviet wheeled truck after World War II, replacing the U.S.-aided Studebaker US6 and earlier ZiS-6 trucks.

Tens of thousands were soon produced, including special models such as trailers.

The Soviet Union also found the vehicle to be an ideal launch platform for the BM-13 Katyusha rocket.

In 1958 the ZiL-151 was replaced by the ZIL-157, with wider single-row tires front and rear, rather than the double rear wheels of the ZiL-151.

Scale : 1:35
The 1:35 scale is mainly used for military model tanks, guns and trucks and the corresponding figurines.
The 1:35 scale model will be 35 times smaller than the actual tank.
For example, if the vehicle is 5 m long, the model will measure 6 inches / 14.2 cm long (500/35 = 14.2).
Figurines in the 1:35 scale are about 2 inches / 5 cm high.

You can also paint the model with brushes(acrylic or enamel).
The model consists of different parts to cut and assemble.
