The Shimakaze (kit 31341) was the fastest Japanese destroyer of WWII.Model Length 18.5cm.br/> The port environment made of strong paper is a production of Wako Model Creative Ink, Japan.
It includes a dock, gantry crane, four types of storage buildings and two smaller ones.

The 1:700 scale is mainly used for model ships (battleships, aircraft carriers, etc.).
A large boat that measures 300m long at full size, will be 1 foot 5 inches / 42,8cm in the scaled model (300/700 = 0.428).
